my experience with inner pc was nothing short of pleasant. i contacted inner pc after my laptop stopped working at the worst possible time. i expected the repair proccess to be time consuming and extremely costly but to my surprise inner pc got the job done for the exact opposite. i would recommend inner pc to anyone with computer troubles that need to be taken care of the right way. more

I found Inner PC from a Google search. My 8-year old laptop had it's first problem ever. Dan, the computer genius at Inner PC, was courteous, conscientious, and basically just really cared about fixing my computer. He went over and beyond the first issue, which was replacing the inverter and new screen. I basically got a new computer handed back to me. I still had problems with it, but luckily, I realized I needed a new adapter as well, which I found on Craig's List. Once that issue was resolved, I could really see the difference based on Dan's work. The computer is so much faster. He knows what he's doing, and he tries very hard to keep your costs down. I would recommend him, with this one sidebar...ask him what your options are regarding materials. Dan assumed I would opt for the least costly screen, but as a shopper, sometimes I'd rather spring for a higher-end product. This is not a criticism....just be sure to ask about your options on materials that have to be purchased to get your computer up and running again. I do not know much about the workings of a computer, but have learned a few things hiring Dan. And I'm glad I did. Thank you very much Inner PC! more

InnerPC rescued us from what could have been a serious disaster at our store. When a computer virus attacked our POS system, Dan and his team were there within a few hours. In NYC, when things can take days to resolve, our computer was safely back at the store the next morning. Dan was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my computer instantly and installed an anti-virus to save my computer. I've used other computer repair companies in the past and none of these were as reliable or prompt as InnerPC. Dan was able to save my completely incapacitated desktop computer a few weeks ago, save every file and photo, restore my operating system and basically, save my life when I thought that I'd lost everything. He removed the virus that had caused the trouble and he was just here again to set up a better back-up system than the one that I'd had. If you EVER need work done on your computer, whatever the problem, however bad you think that it is, call Dan. Professional, courteous and knowledgable, you can't ask for better. He knows his computers and how to fix them. He knows how to explain what is wrong. I am reasonably knowledgeable about computers. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. What he did sell me was reasonably priced, especially the new operating system. more

Very professional, very prompt and excellent service and reasonable price for the quality of service. My PC died due to a damaged disk in the boot sector. Dan managed to install new disk drive, installed OS and very importantly recovered the data from the old damanged disk. Great job. more

I accidentally poured a torrent of tea on my completely new Acer. After searching on line which repair service to turn to, I got really lucky by choosing Dan. I had about the worst computer virus that killed my hard drive. Dan came to my place, picked up my lap top and returned it to me within a couple of days. It was operating better then when I bought it brand new. He did an awesome job. What was especially nice and valuable is that when Dan returned my laptop, he sat down with me, reviewed everything with me, helped reconfigure my desktop made and made sure I was happy with the way it was running. My hard drive on my PC crashed and I was receiving the dreaded black screen. I called Geek squad and was being sold all their products and services for hundreds of dollars before they even knew what the problem was. I'm tired of overpaying at the geek squad and dealing with people that are not that knowledgeable to begin with. So I looked for someone local that could give you more of a one on one service instead of dealing with the Geek Squad. Well, I was extremely happy to find Dan at Inner PC. He is courteous, knowledgeable and really knows his business. The best part of dealing with Dan is that he comes directly to your home and takes your PC from you. So there's no bringing your PC to the Geek Squad and having them tell you they can't save your data and having them suggest to you that you buy a new PC from them. Dan took our PC and was able to not only save all our data and get it working again, but also updated the operating system and made sure everything was working again. I feel I have a better PC that runs faster and has been updated with the latest software. I HIGHLY recommend Dan and will always use him for anything in the future. I have already recommended him to a friend that is also having PC problems. if you're looking for a tech guy you can depend on, who makes it look easy even when it's not, and who has the patience and savvy to deal with even the technologically challenged,like myself you've found your man. Dan has guided me on on my journey from my decrepit Dell to my new Sony Vaio, and has handled it all with ease. His reasonable fees make it a no thinker for me to call on him for help; jt's like having my own personal tech advisor on call. Today he switched me over to a new wireless service, for (both computer and printer) and was in and out of my apartment in half an hour, I kid you not. He's a good diagnostician, a fine technician, and I give him an A+ rating. more

My PC crash and for as it did twice before. A friend recomended Dan who was prompt in arriving to my place. He picked up my pc and did the best job he could. Unfortunalty the hard drive was beyond repair, but Dan guided me on the purchase of a new laptop and was nice enough to transfer in info from the back up disk . He also set up my new lap top and printer as well as the antivirus. All of the above in my apt for a lot less than Best buy , in-spite of the fact that I bought the PC from them. The guys at InnerPC are truly great! They really make sick computers well. My computer crashed after opening a funny email. I called them, they came promptly at the appointed time and made my computer like new. Removed viruses, backed up data, and re-installed software. Their prices are reasonable too.
