Businiess name:  InnerPC Computer Repair Upper West Side

Review content:
I found Inner PC from a Google search. My 8-year old laptop had it's first problem ever. Dan, the computer genius at Inner PC, was courteous, conscientious, and basically just really cared about fixing my computer. He went over and beyond the first issue, which was replacing the inverter and new screen. I basically got a new computer handed back to me. I still had problems with it, but luckily, I realized I needed a new adapter as well, which I found on Craig's List. Once that issue was resolved, I could really see the difference based on Dan's work. The computer is so much faster. He knows what he's doing, and he tries very hard to keep your costs down. I would recommend him, with this one sidebar...ask him what your options are regarding materials. Dan assumed I would opt for the least costly screen, but as a shopper, sometimes I'd rather spring for a higher-end product. This is not a criticism....just be sure to ask about your options on materials that have to be purchased to get your computer up and running again. I do not know much about the workings of a computer, but have learned a few things hiring Dan. And I'm glad I did. Thank you very much Inner PC!
