It took 10 days, instead of the paid for 3-day service, to receive the final version of the translation. The first draft, which we received 5 days after the payment processing date, had numerous (about half of the entries of the document) translation errors. In addition, there were also such careless errors as translating exactly the same terminology differently in different entries on the same page and within the document. The corrections we requested upon reviewing the first draft were incomplete as well - instead of the specific terminology that was supposed to be corrected it was simply substituted for the whole entry, thus omitting important information. The instructions on our part were extensive and detailed. We ended up having to do the research and all the cross-referencing ourselves. The director of the center, Olena Ingram, in a phone conversation, while being polite and maintaining a professional tone of voice, agreed that the service provided was of low quality. More so, after checking the proposed by us changes, she agreed that our suggestions were correct in all except one entries. But even in this entry the initial translation was corrected.\r
In response to us requesting a 50% discount for the service that took twice as long as promised, with us having to do half the work, Ms. Ingram offered a 10% discount for a future service provided by the company.\r
