I got screwed by Infiniti. They sold me a wrecked QX56 truck as new. Ahhhh.... very disappointed. Do Not Buy Infiniti.\r

I have contacted Sonic, Infiniti of Tysons Corner and their attorney and they are not responding in a timely manner. My safety, patience and good will towards Infiniti brand is wearing thin. Please intervene before this situation becomes an unfortunate PR disaster.\r

Background.\r

In October of 2006 I thought I was buying a brand new 2006 Qx56.\r
I paid market rate for a new car. Not used. Not wrenched. I would have never bought the car had I know it was damaged. See attached document.\r
Now I find out the car was wrenched, repaired and sold to me as new without my knowledge.\r

I found out about the accident through Carfax in August 2012 when trying to trade in my truck for a new one due to some serious mechanical issues. See attached document.\r

Apparently the car was involved in an accident strong enough to deploy the air bags and damage the axel.\r

Jim Coleman Infiniti service record shows the car was repaired and serviced after the accident.\r

I contacted Jim Coleman service department and they confirmed that the car was damaged and serviced by them prior to sending the truck over to Infiniti Of Tysons corner. See attached document.\r

My Claim and demand.\r

I feel betrayed, swindled and cheated.\r
They sold me a wrecked truck as new. Unacceptable.\r
This is plain and simple fraud.\r
I paid new car price which means I over paid.\r
I financed the car which means I paid extra interest on an overpriced damaged car.\r
I insured a car that was not worth the price paid. It was over insured.\r
Upon trade in my trade in value was depressed due to the fact the truck was in an accident. Airbag deployment is a serious accident with potential frame damage.\r

Safety Issue\r
Car was damaged with air bag deployed. Was the air bag replaced? Would it work now? Was I ever in danger? Was my family in danger?\r
Over the years the car rattled and vibrated at 60-80 MPH. Dealer response was to change tires.\r
Over the year the brakes would regularly perform inconstantly. What a fraud.
