Because the service at Infiniti of Tacoma is so great, I always drive an hour and a half from my home to have my car serviced at IOT. The service staff is great and the sales staff is helpful but not overly pushy, they're great! more

Outstanding Customer Service 1/13/2014

My service experience at the Infiniti of Tacoma was beyond my expectations. The service advisor Nathan has been great. I feel welcome to the place and feel like treated as a friend not a customer. I had three issues with my vehicle. Two of them are resolved but the third one is still remaining unresolved. I will have to contact Nathan and investigate the problem further. Even the next trip will be my third trip to the dealer I have to say that they provide the best customer service. Thanks. Bad Wheel Bearing- under waranty 1/13/2014

Scott in service helped me (apparently no longer works there) did a great job doing all the calling and making sure I could have my service done at your dealership with the after market warranty. It was all cover with $100 deductible. I love the dealership and the nice waiting area with snacks and drinks! I will be back with my Infinity! more

Speedy service 1/8/2014

I just bought my first Infinity and needed a key made so I called and spoke to Nathan and asked if I could come on my lunch hour and wait for it so he scheduled me for 11:00. When I arrived they were prompt and my car was ready 40 minutes later. Very friendly and fast service. more

Keep up the good work 1/8/2014

Once again, Nathan met my expectations! His customer service was outstanding. I was out in less than 20 min., plus the job was taken care nicely. I was little unhappy for my extra trip to the showroom, But Man..!! He knows the pulse of customer. He’s offering me a car wash and I was in little hurry and denied but He observed the wiper blades ware bad and changed with brand new for free. He’s an awesome guy to have to deal with customer. Thumbs up Nathan!! I'll be back! more
