Difficult Infiniti diagnosis made and fixed! 9/23/2013

The dealer enlisted the help of the regional Infiniti technical representative to diagnose and resolve an intermittent transmission issue. They were patient and thorough in the test drive, and covered the cost even though I had just passed the calendar part of my warranty (still within mileage limits). As always, the service department staff were professional and courteous. more

Bad service 9/20/2013

The old service team was awesome at what they did. My last experience was not so great. The gentlemen that helped me was not very friendly and my car was not serviced at normal Infiniti standards. I have my car serviced for an oil change with a detail. When I went to pick the car up, I noticed the whole passenger side was still dirty. I paid good money for a partial service. I was not happy. more
