This is pertaining to the sales staff only I have not had any work performed here so my review is focused on sales and their customer service. In 2009 my 2007 G35 lease was due and I was returning the car back to the dealer, contract clearly indicated that ""ANY"" dealership can ground your car at their location. I followed all the procedures, had a third party vendor come out to inspect the car for wear n' tear and or damage, got the paperwork from him to turn it in. Went to the dealership to ground the car there and low and behold some how the Finance Manage Shawn Tahari got involved and said I could not ground my car there. I asked him why not his response he did not have room for my car. I live less than a minute away from this lot so I drive past it day in and day out. I can clearly see that their back lot is half full and that out in the main lot that had a least 5 spots open. So, I looked at him turned around and looked at the lot, and asked him again ""ARE YOU SURE?"" He looked at me as if I was the idiot that was blind and said ""YES."" I then proceeded to ask the receptionist politely for the number to Infiniti Corporate to file a compliant against Shawn Tahari for less than poor customer service, also to lied to me to my face, and to discriminate me possible due to my age and race. Low and behold a day later the Sales Manager called me very politely and instructed me to bring my car in, to have to returned at their lot after I had filed a complaint against Shawn. I find it funny how all of a sudden a day later they have space for my car... If I could give negative stars I would! I would never bring my car here for any reason. Buyers be warned of their sales staff customer service!!!!
