WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! Infiniti of Kirkland sold me a wrecked car and didn’t tell me, then somehow sold it as “certified”. I have been told by at least 3 people at Infiniti Corporate ranging from agents to supervisors that a vehicle can NOT BE CERTIFIED if it has been involved in a collision so I have no idea how Infiniti of Kirkland pulled off the certification (we never saw or signed the certification checklist or vehicle history report); regardless, both the dealership AND Infiniti Corporate REFUSE to accept responsibility for what they have done. They STILL haven’t given me a reason why they sold me a wrecked car and didn’t tell me and certified a non-certifiable vehicle. I tried to trade this vehicle in at a different Infiniti dealer and they won’t even accept it because of the wreck. If you decide to make the mistake of trusting this dealership, BEWARE; they will try to get one by you!! more

Best car buying experience ever 3/16/2014

It was the first time I had fun buying a car. Jason was very knowledgeable about the car and talked me through everything, without being overbearing. The entire place is welcoming and you are made to feel at home, not intimidated or pressured. My kind of car dealership. more

Great car dealership experience 3/10/2014

I have purchased a few cars from dealerships in my lifetime, both new and used, and Infiniti of Kirkland is definitely one of the best experiences I have had. The sales guys are friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward, and never pressure you into anything. My company has a VPP agreement with Nissan/Infiniti so my price is already set which makes things easier to start with. We negotiated a little over some accessories and the end price I think is pretty fair. The whole process took a lot shorter amount of time than I have experienced in other car dealers before which is a big plus given that my wife and 5-year-old are with me. David Suy is our sales rep and he is great to work with! more

Positive Experience 3/6/2014

Everyone we've dealt with at I of K was easy going, pleasant, and helpful. Our salesman (David) let us have our test drive overnight. This was a win/win for us because it allowed us to confirm that we liked the car and allowed them to make the sale. He also knew a lot about the car and was able to show us and help configure the technological features, even for the purposes of our test drive. And, on price, they were willing to beat a price that we found on a similar car at another dealer. Overall, I have been very happy with this dealer and go back when I'm ready to purchase my next car. more

My New Toyota Venza 2/24/2014

Because my car was totaled in a wreck, I found myself car shopping for the first time in my life...very reluctantly! I have heard many horror stories about push sales personnel. My experience purchasing a car at Infinity of Kirkland was AWESOME! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Fred explained the financial part of the purchase very clearly and patiently. When I left in my new car, I felt like I got a great deal and had actually enjoyed everything about the experience. more

Car purchase experience 2/18/2014

My wife and I were looking to replace an aging SUV. The sales process was very good with no pressure (outside of what you would expect with the salesperson hoping for a sale). They were patient with our questions and checked in regularly regarding our comfort and snack needs. The process with the financial side was equally good working through all the paperwork with an attention to detail. more

Very good experience and fair deal. 2/18/2014

Buying a new car was simple, efficient and honest. I have traded several cars, but Infinity in Kirkland has been the best experience so far. The appraisal of my old car was good and the negotiation was quick and efficient. Many places has a drawn out process with back and forth many times and takes a long time. We negotiated a fair deal in less than 10 minutes. It took less than two hours from arriving on the lot, test driving, negotiating to leaving with a new car. more
