My wife and I were looking to replace an aging SUV. The sales process was very good with no pressure (outside of what you would expect with the salesperson hoping for a sale). They were patient with our questions and checked in regularly regarding our comfort and snack needs. The process with the financial side was equally good working through all the paperwork with an attention to detail.
