Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous 8/6/2010

I stopped coming to the dealership for service/maintenance because of a bad experience awhile ago. Happy to say I gave the dealership a try again and the experience has been great. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I especially like the change of paying at the service department and not having to go inside the dealership (needless delay). more

This was a great car buying experience! 7/27/2010

My experience was great as it was the first time I bought an Infiniti. This was part of my reason for purchasing my new Infiniti. Other reasons were the wonderful treatment by the salesperson. Everything was carefully explained and if I didn't quite understand it was explained again. In the process of shopping all the features were pointed out for me the best feature was the keyless start. more

Everyone we dealt with at Infiniti of Bedford was professional and courteous. We had been to another Infiniti dealership earlier that day and were NOT at all impressed - very high pressure and condescending. Our experience at Infiniti of Bedford was the total opposite.? more

Outstanding service consultant 7/19/2010

Beverly is an outstanding service consultant. She is patient and provides great explanations regarding the work being done (in English not in ""gearhead"" language) and the priority of the work (safety issue/need to have v. nice to have and can be performed at the next visit). more

Pat & the staff met all my expectations 7/15/2010

My sales consultant, Pat, went out of his way to negotiate a deal that made it possible for me to lease my second Infinity. Quality involves many dimensions. Excellent customer service from the salesman and dealership after making the purchase is number one on my list. Pat and the staff meet all expectations and needless to say... so does my Infinity G37x. more

I absolutely love the service at the dealership and the fact that I don't have to wait around because a loaner car is always provide, which gives me a chance to run errands while my car is being serviced. I tell everyone about how I love my car and that I don't spend a lot of money on maintenance.? more
