This is my 2nd Infiniti and the Infiniti of Bedford dealership is exceptional! Although I bought this 35MX in Illinois I feel the service dept. is very professional and knowledgeable and treats me as if I purchased my vehicle in Bedford! Keep up the good work! more

Very impressive 11/22/2010

A service person was coming out the front door as we were approaching for our first visit. He paused, smiled, held the door open for us, and said, ""Welcome to Infiniti of Bedford."" Very impressive. The coffee was also excellent. more

This was our first experience at Bedford Infiniti, recommended for warranty covered repair work. The staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided. My husband's comment, when I brought our car home, was that we would definitely consider driving the 1.5 hrs to Bedford, if our next new car choice is an Infiniti again! more

I liked the sales experience because I finally got what I wanted. I had been thinking about getting an Infiniti automobile for a few years and during the summer clearance event I decided to go for it. So I was an easy sale for Infiniti of Bedford as I was already sold on the vehicle before I arrived on their lot. The people at Infiniti of Bedford were very friendly and helpful. more

Most satisfying dealership I have ever been to 11/2/2010

Infiniti of Bedford is by far the most satisfying dealership I have ever been to. Repeatedly, they provide outstanding service and should be commended. I have owned an Audi and Jeep, and each experience was pleasant but the auto service that Infiniti provides far surpasses others. They bring my car back cleaner than I left it and running smoother than when they picked it up. It is hassle free. more
