Outstanding service consultant 7/19/2010

Beverly is an outstanding service consultant. She is patient and provides great explanations regarding the work being done (in English not in "gearhead" language) and the priority of the work (safety issue/need to have v. nice to have and can be performed at the next visit). more

Pat & the staff met all my expectations 7/15/2010

My sales consultant, Pat, went out of his way to negotiate a deal that made it possible for me to lease my second Infinity. Quality involves many dimensions. Excellent customer service from the salesman and dealership after making the purchase is number one on my list. Pat and the staff meet all expectations and needless to say... so does my Infinity G37x. more

I love my car!! 7/7/2010

I absolutely love the service at the dealership and the fact that I don't have to wait around because a loaner car is always provide, which gives me a chance to run errands while my car is being serviced. I tell everyone about how I love my car and that I don't spend a lot of money on maintenance.? more
