I live 2 hrs away which is why no service is scheduled. Pat was the single best sales consultant I have ever dealt with. A true professional in every way and an asset to the Infiniti. I was not even that sold on the car until I talked to him. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! more

Worth the drive from Columbus 3/8/2011

Ed, the sales consultant, was a pleasure to work with. Before I made my decision, he was helpful but not pushy and offered to let me test drive the EX-35 overnight if necessary. After the sale, he helped streamline the leasing process and provided me with an excellent overview of Infiniti Bedford and of my new car. more

The experience was great and to the point. Pat and Joe were the two individuals involved with my purchase and they were very thorough and polite. Pat showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle, and Joe did the financial paperwork and explained everything clearly. more
