Happy in the end 10/27/2011

Even though my situation was not perfect, I still left the dealership with a new car, and a very happy attitude. I actually went to this dealership a couple of different times and the people I dealt with were not very helpful. I ended up going back a third time and John and George helped me. Thank goodness they were very nice and gave me a good deal. I left feeling happy that I decided to go back. more

Above & Beyond 10/19/2011

When visiting this dealership, I was looking for particular options that were not on the vehicles they had. My salesman found the perfect car a few days later and had it trucked from NY. I am so happy he went above and beyond to make sure received the vehicle I wanted. Thank you. more

They have fantastic customer service. The warranty is why people buy a new car and these guys deliver. The service department really knows their cars and are very friendly. They really care about getting your problem fixed, they listen to your concerns. more

The Best! 9/15/2011

The best new car purchase/lease experience I ever had. No games, no gimmicks - John simply went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. About a week after I made the purchase I had a problem with the windshield wipers and had to take it back for service. At that time too, they treated me well and took care of the issue right away. more

Very disappointing 2/25/2010

While the loaner car service and pickup/drop-off service are great, I've had poor success in getting repairs done correctly the first time. As with most other service centers, if it's not blatantly broken, non-functional, on fire, or falling off the vehicle they can't ""reproduce the problem on the rack.""
