I was browsing for cars online and found a Coupe I really liked, and decided to call the dealership immediately to possibly reserve it before someone else did. Luckily, it was available and I was able to reserve it to pick up the next day. I was told on the phone that the cheaper price on the website was a misprint, but they were happy to honor it anyway. This says a lot, and really helped sell me on the dealership itself. I made arrangements and had my new car less than a day after that call. I love my new car and the whole process went better than I every thought it would. I will definitely be calling them again for my next vehicle. more

I had a small warranty repair that was handled through this dealer, the purchase was here as well. They took care of the car quickly and I was pleased with that. They have made things very easy and have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. more

The selection is great and you can see that the minute you walk on the lot. I got a great car and I was treated well to boot. No pressure but the salesman was there to answer all of my questions and steer me towards a vehicle that fit my needs. more

I had an excellent experience. I had my eye on a car online so I gave them a call and they were so friendly and helpful I decided to go in that day. I drove my new Infiniti home that afternoon and it's been great! Couldn't be happier with my new car. more

great place 4/10/2012

This was a great place to look for an infiniti as the sales staff is never pushy. I came to the lot to get a new car but I appreciated them letting me wander around a little bit before I started asking any questions. Once I was ready they were more then willing to help. I love the car and the experience her as well, the staff made it great. more

The repairs were covered under warranty and that was great to begin with. They were friendly and professional and took great care of the car. It was finished in less than an hour while I waited. Overrall the service managers really made this a great stress free repair. more

This is a very friendly and helpful dealership. Everyone here was nice and helped me to get just the FX35 I wanted. The car is beautiful; and I am still very excited about it. They made the legal stuff quick and painless. The rate I have on the car is better than my bank. more

As I had not personally purchased a car from a dealer before, they were patient with me and my inquiries and made sure I understood all aspects of the sale. Being aware we were on a tight deadline, the paperwork was processed efficiently. We were in and out in record time. We did not feel rushed but felt Lincoln ans Chuck were being respectful of our deadline and took very good care of us. We now have a great car and a dealership that we will certainly go back to. more

best dealer service around! 11/8/2011

I had a horrible experience at another infiniti service department. I decided to give Infiniti of Ardmore chance. I called to set up an appointment and told them Im going there because of a bad experience with another dealer, the gentleman I was speaking to told me they would be happy to have me here. I was set up for an appointment for an oil change the next week. When I took my car in I decided to wait for my car to be serviced. I dealt with Brendan, he took me right in and had my car serviced and washed in less than an hour. I was extremely pleased with my service experience and would recommend Brendan and Infiniti of Ardmore to anyone with an Infiniti. more
