Stay away. This dealership operates heavily under the ""Caveat Emptor"", Buyer Beware doctrine. If they can screw you over, they will, and then claim that they're not responsible once the purchase has been done. I learned that the hard way with Thousand Oaks Infiniti more

Infinity of T.O. is the worst dealership! 2/18/2011

The worst! had my EX 35 in the service dept 4 times because it just shuts off while driving. We have to lemon law it to get out of it and they could care less. The GM actually said she would take my car as a trade if I put $ down for a new car but then would sent it to the auction quickly so it would be someone elses problem. I said the car is too dangerous to drive and she said we if get rid of it, it isn't our problem. The service manager is trying to blame me for the problem becasue she said i didn't change the oil enough times but it has happened over 6 times within 5 months and several oil changes. She even threatned to call the police and report the loaner car we had from them stolen if we didn't bring it back the next morning. This was after we said we didn't want my car back because they can't fix the problem. Not only is this car horribly made but the employees at this dealership do not care about a persons safety at all. Will never buy an Infinity again. Stay away more

sales from hell 1/1/2008

This place is one of most low class auto dealerships I've ever been to. It's hard to believe that they sell luxury cars. Bob the sales jerk actualy got my car keys under a guise of evaluating the value of my possible trade in and then would not give them back until I demanded them under threat. He tried to get me to fill out a loan agreement without even giving a cost for the car! He got mad when I wouldn't do it!!\r Needless to say I'm not going to buy an Infiniti. more

Great Dealearship 6/15/2005

Chris was fantastic and very easy to work with. I went to this dealership after doing extensive research on the Infinity vehicles. I am really glad because Chris was able to get me both the price I wanted to pay for my vehicle as well as the terms I had requested. Follow up is great! Free oil changes and loaner cars upon request. more

A Great Experience 9/5/2003

The car we ended up buying was the result of a ""build and find"" exercise on Infiniti's site. Once located, the staff at Thousand Oaks Infiniti made the transaction a breeze. An hour and a half after arriving, we drove home in our shiny new car. From Sales Rep Lex to Manager Alan to Finance Guru Ron, the transaction was a breeze.
