New car start to better credit 12/30/2013

Excellent and prompt service!!! I was in a huge bind and needed a car immediately to get back and forth to work. I had someone refer me to Eastgate and they had my paperwork done and car ready to go in less than 2 hrs and I was on the road!!! Highly recommend!! more

Seen on Facebook financing 12/30/2013

My truck was stolen on Christmas Eve and I was not prepaired to purchase a vehicle. Mark and Rodney found financing and low down payment to get me into a new car. These people are fantastic!!! I was very concerned that this would not happen, but they got me approved in a very nice car.. I will be telling everyone about the awesomeness of everyone in the office.. more

This was my first time working with Mark at Indy Auto Finance and I have to praise him. I don't know him personally, but I've dealt with several finance companies before and I've never had this level of personal courtesy and customer service the Mark provided. He was very open, knowledgeable, answered questions well, not shady, and really knew what he was doing. I have told several of my coworkers about him. I just wish I had got some business cards so I could give them out to people. more

GREAT SALES MAN 12/21/2013

I HAVE HEARD A LOT OF GREAT THINGS ABOUT MARK... SO I DECIDED TO FINALLY GO AND PAY HIM A VISIT AND HE WAS GREAT...NO MARK WAS EXCELLENT, I WALKED IN EASTGATE RIGHT BEFORE THEY CLOSED ASSUMING THAT I WAS JUST GOING TO TAKE A QUICK LOOK AT A COUPLE OF CARS SINCE I KNEW MARK WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE.. BUT INSTEAD MARK INSISTED THAT I TAKE A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT CARS ON A TEST DRIVE, HE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO GET ME A GRAT DEAL CUT..... WHEN HE COULD'VE TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE COME BACK ON MONDAY MORNING. HE ALSO CAME VERY CLOSE TO MEETING MY SPECIFICATIONS AND I AM VERY GREATFUL BY ALL OF HIS HARD WORK. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANOTHER SALESPERSON. more
