I was literally gonna give up but then I googled "0 down payment buy here pay here bad credit" then up pops this Mark Martinez so I gave him a call they invited me right in I filled out an App and it was over in an hour!!! Mark and his sales staff works hard and fast to get you approved for an auto loan that's affordable, that protects you as a consumer. Any dealership can put you in a car. I purchased a used car through Indy Auto Finance. They have a selection online as well as in person. I knew what I wanted before going there though, so it was a quick and easy experience for me. Mark was very helpful and informative. He made the process run very smoothly. The financing team was great as well. They really worked with me and explained everything in detail. I was able to leave with the car I wanted on the same day that I came in. I would recommend this company and their service to others because of their honesty and reliability. more

After being turned down from others, I didn't think it as possible for me to get a decent car or a loan from a legitimate bank. Mark did everything in his power to get me on the road and put me in a great car. This place is great; the people work their keisters off for the customers. Remarkable Service 11/22/2013

I recently purchased a car at Eastgate Chrysler. I had seen an ad from Mark Martinez saying that he could get anyone approved. I was reluctant to call because I had heard it before from other car places. But, to my surprise he was able to get me approved, get me into a vehicle I wanted and payment I could afford! I was really impressed with the respect and dignity that was given to me during my process. Mark Martinez is very professional and really seems to care about his customers needs. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a car, call Mark Martinez today! He is the best! more

Indy Auto and Mark Martinez are so wonderful! 11/21/2013

I have bought my last couple of cars from Mark Martinez. When I started going to him I had just finished my bankruptcy so my credit wasn't strong. Most car lots I went to told me I had to have a huge down payment or they wouldn't help me. I found Mark and he was the only one who helped me with my options and found the car that fit my budget. Now that I have good credit, I still go to Mark and have gotten my last couple of cars from him. I will never go back to another car salesman because they don't care about you and all they see is their commission they are going to make off of you. Mark wants to make sure you are happy, he isn't about taking your money or being greedy. I strongly recommend going to him!! more

Mark Martinez is the best carsalesman in the universe ...very professional, friendly, HONEST, and has TREMENDOUS PATIENCE !!!!! I recommend EVERYONE to go see him!!!
