My experience with Indy Auto Finance was a great one. i felt in my spirit that i would receive a car. And Mark was very welcoming. He was able to get me in for a test drive as soon as i got in the door. the process didnt take long either. im really excited for my new car journey. more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER 12/19/2013

MY DAUGHTER AND I CAME INTO INDY AUTO FINANCE WHEN THEY OPENED.WE WERE ABLE TO LEAVE ONLY A FEW HOURS LATER WITH AN EXCELLENT VEHICLE. EVEN THOUGH MY CREDIT WASNT PERFECT, THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK MAGIC AND HAVE REASONABLE PAYMENTS TO FIT OUR FAMILY NEEDS. THANKS INDY AUTO FINANCE. All the vehicles that I have owned in the last four years, I have purchased from Mark. No matter what dealership he was with, he always made sure I was in something affordable, something that would be applicable for the work that I do--all of the traveling. The whole process of purchasing the car was not a burden but a pleasure. The crew that he's worked with over the year are forthcoming with the pros and cons of purchasing vehicles so I felt totally secure in dealing with anyone of them but Mark and Indy Auto Finance has done an excellent job for me. Mr. Martinez has been the BEST representative I could've asked for. Before speaking with him, i didn't even think it would be possible but now thanks to him i have a vehicle that will help me and my children and keep us safe!! I'd recommend him ANY day!!! We love Mark and his team...they are all so sweet and kept us laughing....never a dull moment while you wait lol.....We looked up various vehicles online that we liked, and added a few more to my list that I had not seen... We talked about cars, work, and life in general, but yet, never losing focus of what we were doing (shopping for a car). Mark and his team were helping several differnt people while they were working on our deal but they never missed a beat....Mark is a great individual and wecertainly appreciated his assistance in making a decision in what we wanted to look at and test drive when we came down for our appointment.. His enthusiasm and professionalism were exactly what we loved.he is also so full of knowledge and is ready to help anyone find a car and exactly what they want, great personality, smart about cars! I will never go to another car salesman Mark is the man....he also won't sale you junk he really cares about your best interest! more

Excellent overall experience. Great people, nice cars, great prices. Just came in to help somebody get financed for a car and Mark was able to find me car of my preference at an affordable rate that I can easily manage. I definately would not hesitate to come back in for my next car purchase. more

For the past few weeks I searched and searched the city and even surrounding cities to try to get approved for a car and fell short each time. When seeked som more I found Mark Martinez and he was the savior. He worked tiredlessly and professional and exhasuted every option period and got me APPROVED.
