Rated ""F by the BBB and for a good reason, they have 8 customer complaints against them for poor and unethical service.
Here is just my complaint, notice how they claim ignorant to the whole situation by stating they have no record......................strange since they cashed my check #3435 on 3/5/10. This business needs to be shut down!!
Complaint: 05/25/2010: I used their services on 3/03/2010 because my professional dryer service repairman told me that there was link gather around the door of the dryer which only happen when the dryer lint vent is clogged. One May 8, I had my dryer repairman out again because it was not drying properly and he asked me if I had the vent cleaned because there is still lint around the door. So I called Indoor Air Care told them that the vent must not have been completely cleared of lint, they understood and scheduled me an appt for 5/16 between 8-10, I called at 11 am due to no show, they claim no order was recorded. I made a new appt on 5/17 for 5/23 betweeb 8-10 again no show and they won't even answer my calls. Very unprofessional, not to mention a waste of my day.
Business response: We have no record of this customer, an order of service was never made. Maybe she has confused us with a different company.
Consumer rebuttal: How dare you respond to my original post in an ignorant manner in an effort not to face your incompetance and unprofessionalism. It definately was your company, and yes you do have records.....................I paid you and you cashed the check for a service which was not done efficiently and then you played numerous games with my valuable time by scheduling appointment then not showing up!!! Shame on you treating your customer with such little respect, especially during a time when customer service can either make or break you. I would never use your service again and I would advise others not to use you either, it is just throwing your money away. Your company is extremely unprofessional!!!!
Final business response: Indoor air care, states via email; Dear miss Leister, we simply have no record of your name or address. I am deeply sorry for your bad experience. IAC has been in business for over 10 years, we have thousands of satisfied customers, and we also have a very high customer service. IAC did not cash any check from you for any amount, please check your records.
