The spring broke on our garage door. My husband Charlotte Nc Expert Garage Door Repair online and scheduled an appointment. Tech actually called to let me know he would be coming EARLY!! When does that ever happen?!! I appreciate his customer service and knowledge of his product. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to my friends. more

I just purchased a replacement garage door remote control. Over the phone they were very helpful, they had the right item at the right price. She gave me instructions on how to code the new remote, which worked flawlessly. I was very pleased with my experience. more

I could not be happier with your service!. The initial call was answered by one of the owners, then Tech showed up shortly there after for the repair job. He did an outstanding job replacing the spring and fixing an original install issue. Another pleasant surprise was there was NO surprises on the invoice especially since this was a Sunday call for service. I'll tell everyone I know about your fine customer service and expert repair! more

Great service 2/14/2013

When I got home from work (around 9pm) my garage door would not open. I started calling different places and no one was able to come to my house. But Indian Trail Nc Garage Doors said they could, and they did right after I talked to them, and they did not charge me anything extra for coming over after hours!! more

Like New 12/26/2012

As good as it gets. I had a broken spring and needed some general adjustments and oil. I called today at 8am, they were at my house by 9am and less than an hour later my garage was working like new. more

Great work ethic 11/14/2012

Tech came to my rescue on a Sunday morning after the builder-installed spring on my garage door exploded, trapping my wife's car in the garage. He is *extremely* knowledgable and took the time to explain every aspect of how a garage door should work. His pricing is fair and his work ethic is second to none. I would highly recommend him. more

From beginnign to end. THe dispatcher was friendly and knew what she was talking about. The tech called me before he got to my property, and explained everything my door needed before he worked on it, he even explained the invoice afterwards. Everything was clear like water! more

We have an ancient garage with a super heavy garage door and a mess of wiring/joists. Indian Trail NC Garage Doorsworked with our ridiculously heavy (but burglar proof) door, was very willing to work with the opener that we bought and couldn't install ourselves, updated us with automatic stops for child safety, and came up with a VERY clever solution for working with the funky joist set-up. If that was all he did, I would have been very happy. But then he gave a detailed lesson on operating the door, what to do in case of power outage, etc. etc. Incredible customer focused. This guy is fantastic. more

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up! more
