The doctors are great, front office is a nightmare. It is extremely difficult to get appointments. more

My family and I hit a financial snag and was unable to pay for a few months now that I have money to pay in full they said they will no longer allow us there. I think its crappy that we hit a rough time in our lives and now get turned away because we didn't pay for a few months I understand they want their payment but to be banned when I was gonna pay in full is crap very disappointed more

The doctors were great, just the reception is impossible. They put you on hold for long periods every single time, and when they return they are very short and rude on the phone. They are unworkable. When your child is very ill they never offer to let you leave a message for a nurse to return answers to your questions. They are unsympathetic and just plain mean. They claim to send out reminders but we aren't the first to note that we never received anything from them. We are leaving them because we've had enough of the horrible reception. Too bad, the Dr.s and nurses there had been very nice and competent. more

I am currently trying to find another doctor. My son had severe stomach pain and was up nearly 48 hours crying. I finally tried some homeopathic teething tablets and he instantly became better. When I asked them to write a note allowing daycare to adminster them, they said no. Isnt it my choice? It's not medicine. How about that Kathy at the front desk come and take care of my son at 3 am! more

The staff is friendly, The Doctors are great. The Front Office, on the other hand, needs some help. They were going to send me to collections for $5.00. They called my husband's phone and told him we needed to pay $5.00 or we would be sent to collections. I called the office and said I did not know that we owed money, and I was just there two days previous, with one of my children, and nothing was said to me. I also pointed out that I have always paid at the time of service. The manager spoke to me as if I owed hundreds of dollars. "We mailed you a bill, and it was returned because it was a bad address". I asked if they had the complete address, and she said yes. I asked if they still had the letter and was told no, once the address was verified the notice was shredded. I was also told that I should look at the bottom of the address verification sheet when I sign it to see if there is a balance. Really, shouldn't your staff be doing that? more

My family woke up sick and we called to say we might be late. We showed up 5 minutes late and my sick child was turned away and then we were handed a $70 bill. more

I believe that this office is disoranized, they lack customer service skills at the front desk. When I call I call I am put on hold for long periods of time and when I request something it seems to always be a issue. When I take my daughter in for office visits, we have to wait usually 30 minutes to an hour before we see the doctor. They are outdated in their equipment and the patient rooms could use some improvement. more

This office is friendly, caring and efficient. I have been taking my kids there for 7 years and they have always given my children the best of care. If it's urgent, they get you in quickly and if you have an appointment, you can bet you will be accepted within 5 minutes of your time. If your primary doctor is not available, the other doctors and nurses are experienced and caring a do a phenominal job recommending the best treatment options. I definitely recommend Indian Crest Pediatrics for your childrens' medical needs. more

I have been taking my children to Indian Crest Pediatrics for the last 2 1/2 years. I really like all of the front office personnel, nurses and Doctors. They are always friendly and we hardly ever have to wait! My favorite Doctor is Dr Knott. He is absolutely the right person for the job. He is knowledgeable, personable, and always willing to listen to my concerns or questions. The other doctors are great too. The office was just recently painted and given a cute jungle theme. I highly recommend this office for your children! more
