Incredible Pets

This store looks amazing! I can't wait to see all the organic foods & raw diets. I worked for a store like this in Scottsdale, AZ & they are hard to find -- the customers truly make the store along w/the staff. more

lines were long with only two cashiers and most is only one available. No one is ever at the front of the store at the cash registers and the manager would be standing right there. When asked for the manager he always never was there or came later in the day to work. prices are high but healthy and organic food for all pets. The only thing good is that they have feeders for my animals and that is very rare. Customer service is poor and manager doesnt seem to care for the customers. I wouldn't come back again and I will pass it on. more

ZERO STARS! Horrible Service. Not clear. They don't follow their policies, they just do as they please. Very rude management! None of the associates are on the same page, get told one thing over the phone then show up after a hassle to get the merchandise that we were having a problem with there, only to be told we were basically screwed (even tho we were within amount of days to return as the policy said.) Incredible Pets is dishonest, sneaky and out to get your money, not help you more

The following is my complete story on how I came to know of "Incredible Pets" and what horrible pet store brought us together. ******************\r Started out us going to Kasch's Kritters yesterday after a few years of giving them my business regarding mice purchases for my snakes. \r Have never needed anything from anyone until it became apparent yesterday that I couldn't afford the mice I needed (yesterday) & decided to go in and ask for some compassion from Bruce (merchandise unpaid for until next week as I have been a regular and long time customer to them- mind you, I fully expected to pay them back when I was able to in 7 days- just so that I could feed my snakes yesterday so they wouldn't DIE, I have to return, I always need mice). \r Bruce is the owner and his son works there, too. \r Seemed Bruce wasn't in, but his son. \r So my husband & I ran our dilemma by him shortly after he opened the store. Prices are too high, and the employee's seem to recommend what ever they make the most money on. There is a feed store just around the corner that is a much better value by far. more

Very clean store with a helpful staff. Small but select supply of tropical fish. I bought two lovely Gouramis and a Paradise fish at a decent price. All have thrived. It's a pleasure to go into a pet store that doesn't smell like one. more

Over all a nice clean store. The prices are about what you would expect, not great, but okay. It seems to be the run of the mill type pet store. Nothing good or bad to say. more

The pets are in clean cages and look happy. The staff is very friendly. I have reptiles, and they sell crickets at a good price there. They also sell frozen/thawed rats for snakes. Their pet supply products are priced slightly more than main pet chains like PetCo, but is understandable since they are a smaller business. I enjoy going in there to see the wide range of pets for sale, and how happy the pets are. I highly recommend this store. They sell all types of bunnies, and also guinea pigs, rats, canaries, cockatiels, budgies, turtles, snakes, lizards, and fish. They do have a nice range of pet supply products for sale too. more

Its nice to have a pet store around with people who know what they are talking about, and love to see your pets come with you. They even remember our pets names and ask where they are when we do not bring them. Great prices, nice shop and nice peole. All without the comercial feel of larger pet stores. A+ in my book more

This is a nice medium sized pet store located in the Bel Air shopping center at Manzanita and Cypress Avenues. It is a clean store and they have all the usual supplies for your dogs, cats, birds, fish, etc. Plenty of free parking. Helpful and friendly employees. more
