I found this simple burger joint nothing to brag about. The "burgers" that are prepared would not be acceptable at "YOUR" backyard BBQ. And the ambiance inside these "BRIGHT LIGHTS-MUST BE GOOD" eateries leaves much to be improved upon. I found it lacking any immediate need to return very soon. more

This is the most overrated eating experience in Arizona. The food is average, the wait to be served is painful, the wait for the food is just as bad, then you get to stand eating your food waiting for a seat to become free. Cons: SLOW, CROWDED, POOR SEATING more

I'm not from the West coast so maybe it's a required taste. I came over here with a friend of mine, originally from Cali, who raved about it. It sucks. I don't eat ketchup, mayo, and sweet relish on my burgers. Which is exactly what that "sauce" is. Most people call in "sandwhich spread". Don't even think you can ask for just mayo, they don't serve it there. I didn't eat inside so I can't tell you about the service more

I don't get it. The hamburgers are okay at best. I like onions, instead of a few chopped up, I get a entire wedge, it's horrible. They do have good shakes but I still have had better. Del Taco has chunks of strawberries in their Strawberry shake. Given the fact they only have a few items I would expect those few items to be better. But I know people LOVE this place. I am just a bit confused and would MUCH rather have a good Chuck Box burger than In-N-Out, anyday. more

I just moved to Arizona from Michigan and I hate fast food resturants. In-N-Out burger looks like a clone of Mcdonalds so it was a long time before I would go in. The burgers are out of this world. They do not taste like a fast food burger at all. I particularly like the special sauce and the sliced onion. the bun is crispy and tastes grilled. It just looks like its got fresh ingrediants. Love the sliced onions. Although the menu is limited I would still go here for a burger any time. Now if they could just get rid of the calories!!!! Pros: excellent burger, clean, friendly help Cons: crowded, not enough seating, fattening more
