Lowest estimate by a substantial amount of several which were obtained. . .also actually came in under the estimate at completion. Quick service, great job, no mess to clean up behind them, either. Definitely would use these guys for the next plumbing job! more

Our daughter did an internet search from Washington State for a good plumber for us. She knew what we were looking for and did an investigation for us and decided In Demand Plumbing were the best in our area. They were very neat with their work, and they checked in with us several times as they worked. We have no complaints, they did a really good job and we were completely satisfied. The rates are reasonable and Jeff is very honest and upfront about the work that needs to be done. I have two properties, one I live in and one rental. I got In Demand Plumbing's information off the internet and called them the same day the tenant called me. There were some possible cracks in the plumbing work. Jeff said he was available that day. He worked with my tenant, and was so easy to work with. He always called right back, and went above and beyond for us. He made arrangements to go to the property in Moraga, and after he finished I called because I thought I may have a problem in Walnut Creek. He said he could come by there that day as well. Jeff is honest, and when I used him again recently, a couple of weeks ago, he remembered me and was really nice. I even gave In Demand Plumbing's name to my property manager because I thought he was so reasonable and so honest. It is so hard to find good businesses. He was the first number I called, and I think I lucked out. more

Purchased a foreclosed property and one of the many projects needed was to replace an aging water heater. Called In Demand Plumbing, Jeff C., and said he was available in the afternoon. Very punctual and he called 10 minutes prior to arrival. Told him what I wanted done, Jeff gave me a quote, gave me a discount and water heater project was crossed off the list. Jeff performed the task professionally and also provided some minor work that he thought was needed but didn't add to his bill. Fixing the leak under bathroom sink and installing clamps to secure water flow pcv pipe attached to water heater. Would recommend using In Demand Plumbing for any plumbing work. I called 'In Demand Plumbing' at 2pm for help with fixing a shower faucet, which had to be completely replaced. Jeff arrived up at 3:30pm, same time he said he would when we talked on the phone. I was very disappointed to find out we had a hot water slab leak, but Jeff made the situation better by explaining everything to me. In Demand Plumbing was one of three bids I got. I decided to go with them for the fact that it was a reasonable bid, and the guy seemed friendly, professional and competent. I'm glad I did go with him. He ended up going above and beyond basic customer service. He was timely and hard-working and did a thorough job which even included additional work. I was amazed at how efficient he was. After the job, he cleaned up, swept and hauled the trash away. It was a great experience, I highly recommend him. more

Because I bought my house as a fixer-up, it came with many challenges. This is the first time that I felt that I had not been taken to the cleaners. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I love Jeff and In Demand Plumbing! He's a good guy, and has excellent people there. I have always found that he does a good job, better than some other plumbers, when it comes to cleaning up and taking care of the little things that normally don't get taken care of. I don't feel that he charges for the little things either, like making sure things are tied down, secured, and clean. I use In Demand Plumbing all the time. I'm a licensed contractor myself.
