My tooth cracked, filing fell out. They got me in fast; and when Dr. Baker told me I needed a crown, they did it right then and there. The make the crown while you are waiting; which takes additional time but I didn't have to walk out with a temporary crown and then come back; so I think overall it saves time. They were very courteous and kept asking if I needed anything. more

I received excellent care from my hygienist, who discovered problems I was having from a crown that was put in back in 2010. My dentist was made aware of the problems and he working on resolving the matter. more

I feel Dr Baker is making a conserted effort to address my concerns. One comment I would like to make is in regard to all the assistants. Often I have never seen them before or it may have been a long time. They know my name and I am sure I have been red flagged. I would like to know at least their first name. Also would appreciate if they would not diagnose my condition. Dr Baker or Dr Thompson is who I am dealing with. more

Not happy 10/18/2011

I am extemely upset that I was told the teeth on either side of the implant I am having will probably need crowns. I cannot believe this has just happened. Before deciding to do the implant I questioned the condition of the teeth on either side and was told they were okay. I feel I am being taken advantage of. more

Amazing 10/12/2011

I had an unexpected emergency and I was extremely happy with how quickly I could get in to be see. Katie was great and kept the conversation going, which is awesome when your nervous. Dr. Thompson was very thorough and personable. And then there's Tobi...she was the best by far! She was willing to work with me if I needed to make payment arrangements due to the unexpected nature of my visit. That was very calming, because my nerves were not due to thinking about pain, but rather the bill. more

Best Dental Experience Ever!!! 10/4/2011

I have been to several dental offices and not one of them compare to Impressions Dental. Dr. Baker, Dr. Thompson and the entire staff are magnificent! You always make sure every dental visit so meets all of my needs. No one likes going to the Dentist, but I do have to say, I truly enjoy going to Impressions Dental! Prompt greeting and seating. Michelle really cares and I know she does great cleaning she is so thorough. The office is so nice and clean. Everyone greets me with a smile and is so professional. Best office ever. more
