I used Imported Blankets special "buy 5 get 1 free". I received 5 blankets (4 I paid for and "free" one) Upon contacting them about missing blanket and no reply, I contacted them again and informed them with no reply I would contact my bank. They then replied stating they do not work weekends and do not reply within 48-72 hours. My first contact was on Saturday and I waited all day Monday and received no replied so contacted a 2nd time to receive a reply within an hour stating there is a 2nd box and they will fight any claim I make through my bank. I have yet to receive anything stating when my 2nd box has been or will be sent.
My advise when dealing with this company is to document EVERYTHING and take pictures of EVERYTHING. Their blankets are nice (not without flaw thus explaining the good prices) but their customer service is not so nice. I myself have documented everything (screen captured all messages to them through their site) so if I need to use my bank I should either receive what I paid for or hopefully a refund of what I didn't receive. Credit Card Company, Banks, or PayPal should all be able to fight for you with documentation.
