The only two people to see if you want your hair done are Mirta nad Sal. There is an Asian lady there that is RUDE and talks about her clients to the other stylists, while those stylist have customers. Also there is a loud mouth young girl there that is immature and can not do hair. She's to the left as you enter the salon area. more

Imperial Salon and Spa was excellent, even when I called for the first time to set up a hot stoned massage, the girls on the phone were very polite and informative. The staff was very nice and inviting. If you have any questions they are more than willing to take care of you. The hot stoned massage that I scheduled was very professional and the massue was very talented. I enjoyed the relaxing music and the quientness of the spa. They also have a lovely water fountain that puts your mind and body at ease, especially during the massage. I really enjoyed that. I loved my experience so much that I set up a pedicure and manicure for the very next day. I am very fortunate that I found this wonderful spa when I moved here from California. It was like walking into a job interview, with two salespeople swarming you and asking questions right away. They took my car to be assessed, then came back and gave me a price over 2000 less then what Carfax assessed it at. When told how low they were versus a carfax report, we were told "Go there, then." We still attempted to look at other cars, but they were sure to remind us that we would be paying boatloads for a car that wasn't 'quite a bit older.' We tried one of their 'internet specials' and the test drive was equitable with, say, a bicycle without a seat on it. Needless to say, this was the WORST Car shopping experience ever. If you want a deal on a Chevy, or any other car for that matter, avoid them at all costs. After all, at Pete Moore Chevrolet, "We're bigger then you, and we know it!" I found Imperial when I moved from New York. I was pleasantly greeted and escorted to a lavish locker room with steam & sauna. After changing into my comfy robe and slippers, I was offered a beverage and seated in the "tea" room. After a short while I was brought back for my massage and it was amazing. The therapist really knew what she was doing, and left me feeling very relaxed and eager for my facial, which was equally professional and thorough. After a delicious lunch I had an amazing manicure and very relaxing pedicure. The nail techs were very knowledgeable. (My nail polish lasted so long!!) Their highly trained salon staff is a very gifted bunch who are entertaining as well as professional. I have been back several times and have come to know the Imperial family as a great group of extremely talented technicians. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair & nails since finding Imperial, I would never trust my services to anyone else! (They even have a doctor who comes in to do botox & restalyne!!) With a salon and spa of this caliber, some appointments are bound to get mixed up, but the staff always makes it right and I've never been dissatisfied. The owner is an exceptional person who has a strong relationship with her staff. Their boutique is unique & amazing and frequent visits are necessary so you don't miss out!! They carry everything from men's jeans & hot-lookin' shirts to ladies dresses & cavalli glasses, kippy's belts, Kathy van zeeland purses, sky shirts and dresses, even bob hale dresses. What's really great is it's all beautiful and unique, and ordered in small quantities so you don't see yourself coming and going! I've seen these clothes on stars! Nowhere else around here can do that! Their prices are more than resonable for the services provided. Remember, the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of the low price. From the locker room to the treatment rooms the decor is beautiful. Recently, I had a couple of girlfriends visiting and they were able to easily arrange for us to have massages and lunch there. While the receptionists at the front desk were friendly, my hair stylist was unbelivably rude. She acted like I was causing her trouble when I told her that I had a specific style in mind, replying with, "Well, it's going to look horrible by the evening, but whatever." Afterwards, I had an appointment to get my makeup done. I was kept in the "wait room", and the makeup artist didn't start until 30 minutes after the scheduled time. My makeup was nicely done, but my hair was a disaster. I couldn't believe the ridiculous amount of money they charged as well. If anything, go for the makeup application, but stay far, far away if you need your hair done. Pros: Makeup Artists Cons: Expensive, Rude Staff, Long Wait more
