Review content:
At the suggestion of my friend, I went to Imperial Salon & Spa to have my hair and makeup done for a special event. It was a terrible experience. While the receptionists at the front desk were friendly, my hair stylist was unbelivably rude. She acted like I was causing her trouble when I told her that I had a specific style in mind, replying with, "Well, it's going to look horrible by the evening, but whatever." Afterwards, I had an appointment to get my makeup done. I was kept in the "wait room", and the makeup artist didn't start until 30 minutes after the scheduled time. My makeup was nicely done, but my hair was a disaster. I couldn't believe the ridiculous amount of money they charged as well. If anything, go for the makeup application, but stay far, far away if you need your hair done.
