I would not even reccoment Immediadent for my dog. The first time I went there my tooth was really infected, but they tried to remove anyway. They have you pay up front...so when they were not able to pull it, they just said I would have to reschudule since they had already ran my card.
I can honestly say that I am not the most easy ane relaxed patient. My hands shake a little and it's very hard to relax. The second time I went, I let them know that I had a fear of dentists but I would try my best. All the dentist kept saying to me was ""I need you to relax."" My hands did shake a little but I was trying my best to be a good patient. IT took a little while to get me numb and when the dentist started to pull my tooth she told me to let her know if I felt pain. Almost immediatly I felt pain, but I tried to give it the benefit of doubt and didn't raise my hand for a minute. When I did raise my hand the dentist stated in an angry voice; ""I cant do this! I can't do this! She walked out of the room and came back a few minutes later asking me what I wanted to do. I explained that I had already paid so we needed to try again. She didnt give me any more novocane, just started again. By this time my trust was broken with her and my hands were shaking. I am sure the whole dentist office could hear when she started saying, ""no, I really cant do this, we will just have to give you your money back."" At that she walked out of the office and I heard her say ""Somebody help me."" As I said above, I am not the worlds easiest patient. They could of handled it in a more professonal way. All she had to say was, Im sorry, I dont believe we will be able to help you here; we will give you a refund. Apon walking out, I felt very embarrased and could tell the other staff were looking down on me. I asked the receptionist how I could get my money back(which I paid at the begining of July, and it was then the begining of August) and she got snotty and had an attitude. Needless to say, I have not seen the money yet. Sorry so long...just needed to vent.
