I have read so many bad reviews regarding immediadent. I couldn't believe what I was reading. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr.Chang. I am one of those people that usually has so much anxiety about seeing the dentist to where I normally need to be sedated, but not at the Worthington location. I changed from my primary dentist to this dentist after I decided to walk in after some botched dental work on the west side. The Dr took xrays and saw that my previous dentist has been ignoring a massive infection in my mouth that could of been potentially fatal,or causing my lymph nodes or brain to be infected. Dr. Chang told me all my teeth need removed. I was so frightened. But after 7 days of antibiotics,I had him pull 9 of my teeth within 3 days. With the exception of the wisdom teeth he had to pull, I have had zero pain. The staff member Lisa who works with him is so amazing. She held my hand and thoroughly explained everything before the dentist had done any work. I would have to say in my 29 years of dental treatment, Dr Chang and his staff members are amazing. This is where my family and I go and I will continue to go there. Two thumbs up more

Bad experience. After getting my teeth cleaned and a few cavities taken care of I paid almost 400$ the day of..about a month later received a bill for almost 1000$ and that is with Good dental insurance. I asked several times about the final payment before receiving it and nothing was said that I would need to pay more...definety feel cheated. more

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!\r It is nice that ""IMMEDIA DENT"" is open seven days a week. If you are in a desperate situation. Their prices seem reasonable, comparatively speaking. But don't think this is anything like your home town Dentist. The fact is that the ""Thugs"" have moved in.\r \r My first visit was for a crown (#8) that had lost it seal. I ended up having a crown put on another tooth and a cavity filled that was filled just 3 months prior. They refused to do the leaking crown. They said there was no evidence of leakage. I told them the taste in my mouth was very bitter and the odor rancid every time I bit down. I was concerned for bacteria entering my blood and causing sepsis. They just told me to go back to the Dentist that put it in.\r \r A few weeks later the crown on #9 crack off. I went back to Immedia Dent. The Dentist was not there. He was sick; probably from working seven days a week. They had a temp Dentist. I could tell that the staff was frustrated and working in an awkward mode. One assistant told me not to ever come again if he was here. The Dentist told them to make me a temporary crown. They messed up the mold and just put my damaged crown back on. They cut my gum and blood was everywhere. There was white cement all over my face and lips. They gave me a paper towel to wipe it off. It took a long time. I left, and the crown fell off an hour later. \r \r I went back and was told that they don't guarantee temporary crowns. We argued and finally the area manager, Brittny came out of her office. She refused service, told me to go to another Dentist and ask me to leave. I was furious to be treated in such a way. I slapped the counter hard and threw my ink pen down. Brittny called the police and tried to have me arrested. She lied and said I assaulted her by throwing the pen at her face. Lucky for me the officer could see that I was a man of stature and Brittny was just being a thug. So if you ignore my warning and go to Immedia Dent, which by the way isn't even a word, run like hell if they screw you over and just count it a loss. \r \r more

Great Experience 8/31/2012

I went to ImmediaDent after having a tooth extracted by another practitioner. In the week following the extraction the pain became unbearable. My regular dentist seemed unconcerned and didn?t seem to think anything was wrong and would do nothing for it. Finally the pain became so unbearable that I decided to give ImmediaDent a try. \r It turns out I had something called dry socket. They were able to fix me up in no time really. Sure I waited for a bit, but for a walk in dental practice where I didn?t even have to make an appointment, I kind of expected as much. Just bring a book or watch the TV, it?s not so bad. My whole experience was great. The staff was friendly and professional, the office clean, and the waiting room very comfortable. \r When I first arrived one of the assistants was actually sitting on the floor with a patient?s young child, playing with her and keeping her entertained so the patient could get some work done. A saw a gentleman come in who could not find his more

After reading the reviews for ImmediaDent, I was very hesitant to visit this practice. I?ve never written a review for anything, but my experience was so unlike the other reviews that I feel obligated to share. more

Worst dentist in the world 8/23/2011

I would not even reccoment Immediadent for my dog. The first time I went there my tooth was really infected, but they tried to remove anyway. They have you pay up front...so when they were not able to pull it, they just said I would have to reschudule since they had already ran my card. I can honestly say that I am not the most easy ane relaxed patient. My hands shake a little and it's very hard to relax. The second time I went, I let them know that I had a fear of dentists but I would try my best. All the dentist kept saying to me was ""I need you to relax."" My hands did shake a little but I was trying my best to be a good patient. IT took a little while to get me numb and when the dentist started to pull my tooth she told me to let her know if I felt pain. Almost immediatly I felt pain, but I tried to give it the benefit of doubt and didn't raise my hand for a minute. When I did raise my hand the dentist stated in an angry voice; ""I cant do this! I can't do this! She walked out of the room and came back a few minutes later asking me what I wanted to do. I explained that I had already paid so we needed to try again. She didnt give me any more novocane, just started again. By this time my trust was broken with her and my hands were shaking. I am sure the whole dentist office could hear when she started saying, ""no, I really cant do this, we will just have to give you your money back."" At that she walked out of the office and I heard her say ""Somebody help me."" As I said above, I am not the worlds easiest patient. They could of handled it in a more professonal way. All she had to say was, Im sorry, I dont believe we will be able to help you here; we will give you a refund. Apon walking out, I felt very embarrased and could tell the other staff were looking down on me. I asked the receptionist how I could get my money back(which I paid at the begining of July, and it was then the begining of August) and she got snotty and had an attitude. Needless to say, I have not seen the money yet. Sorry so long...just needed to vent. more

Bad experience here 12/15/2008

I went to Immediadent on High Street one time. I did not get seen, and I left unhappy. When I filled out the questionnaire, I was told to wait, and then waited for an hour and a half, with my two children with me, and it took them that long to notify me that one of my answers on the questionnaire indicated that I could not be treated at that moment. I didn't get why they couldn't have told me that immediately. Won't go back. more
