I called in January to make an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Feb 13, 2012. I arrived for my 8:00 am appt, when I was told they are no longer a member of my insurance plan. I asked why I did not receive a call and was told I was call twice to be notified. As you expect, I did not get a call or a message on my answering machine. I was then told that since the IL Imaging name was changed to Maryville Imaging, the contract with my insurance plan was not extended. I left and went to an other facility. Very disappointed for not receiving a call. Good Luck!
