I worked here for almost 5 years, i worked for the new owners for three years, they are extremely cheap and overly demanding, nothing iis ever adequate for them, they skimp on supplies, use all the cheapest materials, they are completely understaffed and the work load for a screen printer is so varied that it is near impossible to complete your work iin a timely fashion, not to mention the headache that using the cheapest of the cheap for everything from equipment to ink, all the way down to standard supplies, you will often times be left to ""ghetto rig"" anything you want to actually work anywhere remotely near how it is supposed to. \r
There is absolutely zero room for advancement in the company, and pay raises are an absolute joke, the hierarchy of authority is based on complete absurdity, it seems the more you complain about the work presented to you, and the less work you actually perform, the more money you make, when employees that are constantly willing to give up they're personal time to work weekends on a regular basis..\r
if you enjoy working with a handful of completely uneducated bumbling idiots, who generally have trouble formulating a cohesive thought outside of the cognitive level of an average 3rd grade student, taking orders from someone who can barely spell they're own name and, working for an overly egotistical greedy close minded fool, and never moving up or receiving a raise, when ""raise periods"" are up, then this is the place for you....\r
The previous owner, a hopeless drug addict, treated his employees better and took better care of them, and that is just pathetic.....
