This is the best lifetime resolution that I've made for myself. The classes are so intense but fun at the same time. The instructors are exceptional, which makes me look forward to going to class . No gym can compare to this kickboxing class. I encourage everyone to sign up . I lost 5lbs already and I'm on my 9th class . more

Great classes! Hour goes by fast and you will always be sore the next day! Teachers do the workouts with you and are all great motivators with tons of energy. Great music too to keep you going! more

I started in the beginning of January and I honestly feel like it was the best lifestyle change I have made in my life. Boston Tae Kwon Do is honestly like family... Everyone is so motivated and to have an awesome team that really cares and shows concern and a helping hand when ur going through a rough patch or when u are striving to maintain your goal they are around. It is definitely worth the investment... I truly recommend this to everyone... You will not be disappointed... more

the instructors are very good and teach the mental aspects of the art very well. they are very good with children as well. Pros: great instructors; very good with children. Cons: parking more
