Laudable friendliness of the staff 10/25/2012

I loved the friendliness of all the employees. As a new client, it is important to not feel out of place at a new salon. Everyone made me feel welcome, took the time to understand just what I wanted in my haircut, and it was done right. My stylist gave me good advice and was very personable. more

I have never received compliments on my hair, my entire life, until Kate started doing my hair. I frequently have complete strangers come up to me to compliment my hair. I do try to refer them! I think your products and staff are top quality. more

Due to family emergency, I had to cancel my appointment with Sue twice. So, I was badly in need of services. I called up and was pleasantly surprised when Sue took me that day. And as usual, I am very satisfied with the products and services received. more

My friend Robin Gross advised me to try something new and she set up an appointment with Kate. Let me tell you something I have been with my hairdresser since 1990. I went once and loved Kate so much so that I booked future appointments all the way till the end of the year with her. She's awesome. In the first appointment, she told me what I needed in color, cut and style. I trusted Kate and I will never go to anyone else. Kate does exactly what you ask her to do and she is so freaking great at what she does.You people better hang on to her!!! more
