I have always loved IKEA products but customer service was awful. I bought some cabinets and a sink for my laundry room and built each cabinet according to the instructions that came with it. I looked at the one that the sink would go in and could not figure out how the sink would fit in. I called them and found out that I should have used the instructions that came with the sink (which I had not even opened yet). Did you ever try to take apart IKEA furniture? It fell apart. They would not do anything for me. I asked for a manager and was told that ""Kevin"" would call me the next day. That call never came. more
