After reading a glowing review the day before in the Baltimore Sun we decided to give this restaurant a try. In fact the article was displayed on an easel in the foyer with a ' ""Thank You"", written upon it. We can only surmise the writer was known to the establishment since our experience from food to service was dismal. All entries were cold. The Hellenic Surf and Turf consisted of lamb ordered medium rare, served dry, overcooked to the point of being brittle, the server never returned in order for this to be rectified. Calamari ordinary, crabcake oily. Endive boiled to a dark, grey, tasteless blob. Cod left a rancid aftertaste. Orzo was topped with a pink sauce reminscent of Campbells soup, rice pilaf was plain with a darker version of previous sauce. When the waitress returned, never questioned the abundance of food left, we selected what could be salvaged for the dog, she never explained 2 desserts comped, never picked up the credit card, we paid cash. $128.+20 tip, left feeling like we were served leftovers, including the desserts. Poor food, lackluster service.
