My wife and I recently shipped a VW Bug Convertible completely across the country to my son, and we could not have been happier. The price they quoted was less than what other companies were asking, and despite the negative reviews below, I felt pretty good about Igor's after talking with them by phone and so decided to give them a chance. I'm glad we did! Their driver showed up exactly when promised and was very courteous and professional. They kept us informed of their progress throughout the trip, and actually delivered our car one day earlier than originally estimated. Honestly, it could not have been better. I guess you can't please everyone all the time - but I would use them again in a heartbeat. more

We just had a car shipped from Vancouver, WA to Lexington, KY and couldn't be happier with results. I was shocked to read the other reviews on Citysearch as our experience was very different. The car arrived in perfect condition and was delivered on schedule. Both Igor and his wife, Tina, were very pleasant to deal with and the price was very affordable! I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. My car was picked up from its original destination a day and a half late. After plenty of hassling from the company about our method of payment and so on, they still promised to have it delivered by Monday. Saturday and Sunday ""Igor's"" wife called me letting me know the delivery would take place after 5PM on Monday, and promising to call me back on Monday with an approximate time. Also when she called she made sure to question me thoroughly about my method of payment again as though I was untrustworthy. On Monday I received no calls, except for that from my broker apologizing for their unprofessional behavior. I eventually called the wife and asked when they would be arriving since it was after 5PM and I had not got any word. She said they would bring it tomorrow... this is a great thing to tell someone when they have spent all day waiting for a car to arrive, and need it as transportation to work early in the morning. I explained to her that I needed the car tonight, while wondering 'when were they going to tell me they planned to make me wait until tomorrow to pick it up..' By 11PM the truck has been parked in a gravel lot.. I arrive and want to inspect the car for damage when ""Igor"" walks in front of me and starts yelling at me for making him deliver it so late. I said that I wanted to look for damage first, and again he walks in front of me and tells me I need to pay him first. I was definitely not ready to give this man $800 without first viewing my vehicle so I make my way to the car with him yelling at me. After getting in my face and threatening me with not delivering until the morning he finally removes the car from the truck and allows me to have it. This was a terrible and totally unnecessary experience. Had they told me the car needed an extra day for delivery, prior to the night of delivery it would have been fine.... however this came at late notice, and after dealing with this man and his wife yelling at me I want to make sure I do what I can to ensure this doesn't happen to somebody else.
