This used to be a great place to eat because it was new, featured private lot parking, and more seating than most of the other IHOP places. They forgot to mention the service is atrocious, prices are up, and has some of the nosiest ambiance I've heard (read: babies!). Try another business that specializes in brunch, it starts with a D.     The first International House of Pancakes opened in a suburb of Los Angeles in 1958 serving a menu of hearty breakfast favorites. Today the restaurant still serves its signature dishes like the original buttermilk pancakes and pigs in blankets: sausage links wrapped in hotcakes.
