The service is horrible. My husban and I where seated for 15 minutes before we even saw a server. The people behind us where seated for about 3 minutes and were served. This is the most awful experience ever. Then the server brought us a cup with lipstick on it. I will never eat at this ihop again. more

IHOP is a restaurant our family usually only ends up eating at when we travel. However, we ended up here the other night after a disappointing beginning at a nearby restaurant. We will return. Our waitress was very good, despite our family's picky-eater changes to the menu items we selected. There were 5 of us with specific requests, and she got it all right the first time, even after my youngest changed his mind twice. The service was quick, and drinks were refilled promptly. My teenage sons were quite unhappy with the sappy early 80s love songs being piped over the speakers and one went to ask if it could be changed. He found that it could not, but the manager came over to our table to explain why and apologize for the music style. Overall, a good experience: friendly and helpful staff, food the usual IHOP quality as expected, clean bathrooms. Someone just needs to contact IHOP corporate and offer to find them some new music choices. more

Used to have great service 7/26/2011

We used to eat here but our last two experiences have been horrible. We took our son and grandkids one Saturday. The grown-ups got their food in a timely manner but the children had to wait another half-hour for theirs (we ended up feeding them our food). We asked two waitresses to bring the manager - they said they'd get her and never returned. The third time I insisted on speaking to the manager and was told she was on a call. I finally insisted to personally be taken to the manager and finally the manager came, apologized more
