Possiibly the worst service I have ever had at ANY restaurant. The employees that were off the clock were sitting in the back smoking area being extremely loud and rude. After we had asked to move to the booth behind us (where it may have been a bit quieter) a new server approached us and again asked for our order. It seems they lost our original order from 10 minutes earlier! When I asked for a manager's card, a young man came over to our table and stated ""you asked to see me?"". The young man still had his hands in his pants pockets, no name tag and had not even bothered to identify himself. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. No wonder why Waffle House does such great business in New Bern. We had hoped that under new ownership this restaurant would have improved by at least 5%--instead it seems to have dropped about 60%.
