I've been coming to kickboxing for almost a year now and I love it! I feel so much better (mentally and health wise). My day always gets better after a great work out. They have a little bit of everything in each class. Tons of cardio that will kick your butt as well as punching and kicking the bag! The other members here are great and the staff is knowledgeable and supportive! They really do make sure you stick to coming in and are on the look out to help you reach any of your fitness goals.
