Poor business practices... my wife and I contacted this company regarding lessons for our first dance at our wedding reception. Initially the comapny was very open and inviting ready to help us and set up appointments whch was very impressive. Once the funds were paid for the lessons i didnt hear anything else. Over a week later and 3 emails with no response later i had to show up at the studio where rthe class's are taught. At this time i was given personal contact info for the owner and his wife and was able to finally get in contact with Rezza the owner. After our first class with his wife it was decided for what we wanted to dfo we did not need any more class's simple enough. I spoke with her a couple days later regarding a refund for the balance minus the charge for the first class.\r

She advised me that i would need to send an email through the website requesting the refund and that her husband would handle that. I had no problem with this since she did not handle this portion of the business. After sending an email leaving for my honemoon for 2 weeks coming back and sending 2 more emails and also leaving a voicemail i finally received a response. His response was that a refund usually takes 30 days for processing which i understood and it does state that on his website. It has now been 30+ days since i initially requested this refund and 2 weeks since i gave my address to mail the refund and still nothing. \r

Based on the above experience i would never recomend this studio to anyone. The way the bsuiness is run and how customers are treated is unacceptable.
