I usually dread having to go to a dealership service department, but the one at Hyundai of Newport is TOTALLY different. They are always extremely courteous, whether in person or on the phone, they don't intimidate the customer and they really try their best to make it a pleasant experience. They give you a crisp $2 bill every time to you (for the bridge toll) and always include a bottle of water and large chocolate chip cookie in the car after every service as a thank you. It's small things like that and the courteous treatment that really makes this service dept stand out from all others.
