Good not Great 1/7/2014

This dealership is a good dealership and I probably am just unlucky as to the service that I needed done was not routine. The people are friendly, the facility is nice and well maintained. The prices are more than I am used to paying; however, I am not from Newport so that might account for the price difference from MA to RI. This is not the best Hyundai dealership I have dealt with; however, it is a very good dealership. more

Hyundai has a low availability of parts. It is unacceptable to have to wait 2 weeks for parts. Hyundai of Newport provides a good service more

Routine Maint and Recall Work 12/17/2013

Accurate estimates, informed me of a recall and did the work at the same visit. Car was spotless when work was complete. I live in Fall River, but drive extra to go to Hyundai of Newport. more

From the booking of the service appointment to pick up, EASY is the word to describe the experience. All costs were noted up front, the staff was very pleasant, the work completed before it was promised, the car lightly detailed and the fresh cookie and water left as as a thank you gift was a special touch! Thanks! more

I have dealt with several high end dealerships in the past, including Inskip, Viti, Braman of Palm Beach, and none of them can hold a candle to Hyundai of Newport; they are the absolute best of the best!!! Brian Alexander in service goes out of his way to make sure the experience is a pleasant one!! These guys, and Hyundai have a customer for life!! The Equus is without question the finest car I have ever driven!! more
