I have never been displeased with the service I receive at Hyundai of Metairie. I feel right at home and it's like they know me by first name basis. Staff is very friendly and I am so happy this is MY Hyundai dealership! more

Hyundai of Metairie. 3/28/2014

I purchased a Genesis from this dealer and have had it serviced 8 times now.Have had a couple of minor warranty issues taken care of with no problem.Lindsay at the service desk is a pleasure to deal with.The dealership is moving to a new location soon and I will be bringing my car to them again for whatever needs to be done. more

Promptness 3/26/2014

I waited for over 90 minutes. No one ever commented as to my vehicle's repair. Finally, I inquired. I was told that it would be another 90 minutes to conclude my repair. I asked to speak to the Service Mgr. I was told that he was out road testing a car. My appointment was confirmed by phone and email well in advance. My wife and I waited for @ 3 hrs. No repair was made, I have to come back to the dealership yet again whenever the part arrives, more

Never would I recommend this dealership. You will be asked to sign paperwork in order for them to release your vehicle. They will refuse to provide a copy of paperwork you have signed. Do not do business with these people! more
