I like painless experiences, especially when I have to pay for it. I had a small rock chip and the cheapest rate I found for the repair was my car's dealership. With tax it was under 60$, which is much cheaper than Safelight 109.+ tax. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The staff was super friendly. more

Not up to par... 11/6/2013

Brand new car bought in May 2013 from Hyundai of Metairie. Wouldn't start up for about 48 hours, so I had it towed to them. It took them 2 days for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car, but that it was starting fine for them. Okay, geniuses. Anyway, I asked to have my oil changed while the car was there. The dealership did not offer me transportation or the free car wash as was promised in several mail-outs. more

I was so pleased with my service experience at Hyundai of Metairie. I was able to get an appointment for service on the following day. The staff in the service department were very friendly and knowledgeable. Service completed promptly. more
