It took two (2) apointments to get my car serviced for a routine maintaince service work. And one item is still not done correctly(Bluetooth compatibility setup). Kim said that when I said I would come back there, that there would be some monetary consideration to the cost of my service, I agreed to try again. With what I paid for that routine maintaince, I could have gone elsewhere for alot less (over half the cost). She nor the cashier gave me anything off the cost of my service. If so, why did I end up paying amost $65 for such a routine maintaince call? I must say Chris handle the situation well.
