Great Service Dept and Dealership 4/8/2014

I use Tysinger for all my maintenance on my 2012 Genesis 5.0 Sedan that I bought there. They are friendly, efficient, and meet my expectations which are high. I like Chris my Service rep, the shuttle service is great and the drivers are very easy going and make the trip pleasant. I will continue to use Tysinger and advise others to give them a look. more

shuttle 4/1/2014

I took advantage of the shuttle because I dropped my car off later than normal. Surprisingly, I changed my mind while on the shuttle and managed to get some sleep and take a nice joy ride. more

My Tysinger Experience 3/13/2014

I've never experienced such good service and polite employees as in the Tysinger dealership...I'm 83 years old..live approximately 100 miles from Tysingers.. more

Repair service is great, esp warranty service 2/19/2014

What few problems I have had with my 2006 Hyundai have been covered by the warranty. Taking it to this dealership gives me piece of mind and helps my pocketbook! more

Service/Sales 1/11/2014

Great service department! I have the Silver Team. (Chris Renyolds). I am always treated exceptionally well. I bought my vehicle here in 2010. The sales department (Mitch Sears) was wonderful. The absolute best purchase and continued service/maint., I have ever experienced in my 30+ years. Thank you Tysinger Hyundai. more

I took my car in for service and everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Chris is my service manager and I couldn't ask for a better person, he was very friendly, polite and well informed and helped me to understand everything related to my service work. too much time to perform minor tasks. 10/3/2013

Had I known it would be over 3 hours just to perform a state inspection and car wash, I would have used the shuttle service and waited at home. more
