Great personal service 6/25/2014

Had a problem with the esc light and brake switch while on vacation. George the service manager took care of it quickly and recommended an excellent place to eat. Problem was related to a recall that caused the problem so no charge to repair the switch that went bad. Very professional and friendly. more

I don't live in the city so I was forced to use the service department here when my starter went out. Got my car towed here and they helped me out right away and drove me to work. Very friendly, professional staff. I just wish this was my local dealership/service department. Even though I live on the other side of "The Bay" I still might use them. more

I've been here twice and have had the best customer experience ever. Super friendly, fast and efficient. The last time I was in, I had to wait a while - and my service was free and I got a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Talk about good customer service! more
