I worked at Hynix, Eugene, OR from 8/2002 to 12/2005. I was terminated for reporting unsafe work conditions. OR-OSHA did cite Hynix for violating the ""Right To Know"". OR-OSHA under pressure from Democrats failed to investigate the other unsafe work conditions, including failure to ""lock out / tag out"", the elimination of purge cycles on reactive ion chambers, the failure to identify when a respirator would be adviseable (OR-OSHA did decide that because they could not ""measure"" any toxic chemicals, that respirator use is voluntary, this despite that OR-OSHA admits that corrosive acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons are present during certain maintenance tasks). I am still trying to get the Federal Government to act on my Federal Right To Know rights. I was unable to find legal representation while still living in Oregon and had to move back to my home state of Illinois.
Pros: Despite business cards stating ""equipment engineer' there are none
Cons: You are supposed to be dumber than the ""equipment engineer""
